Set against the native bushland of Boomerang Beach, Ribbonwood is a contemporary coastal home deeply connected to its surroundings. Built by KD Carpentry, this new residence is grounded in strong architectural form with warm, richly layered materials.
A bold upper level clad in dark horizontal boarding “floats” above a textured brick base, softened by vertical timber battens and Australian native landscaping. While striking, the façade remains in harmony with the coastal landscape of Pacific Palms.
Inside, natural light, custom timber cabinetry, black accents and stone surfaces are paired together immaculately, echoing the exterior palette. Expansive windows frame the surrounding bushland beautifully.
The indoor and outdoor living spaces flow with ease. Large openings connect the main living spaces to a private backyard retreat, complete with a swimming pool and entertaining zone. The home’s orientation maximises light and privacy, creating a calm sanctuary immersed in nature.
Ribbonwood reflects KD Carpentry’s commitment to quality craftsmanship. This is evident in every detail and finish. The result is a home designed to be lived in and enjoyed for years to come.
